*IMPORTANT NOTICE*

As of 1st November 2014, the open booking system for meeting rooms is no longer available.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Here are stuff to take note of:

(1) Seating Capacity: 10 persons

(2) Booking times:

Mon - Thurs: 8.30am - 6pm

Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

(3) Our system only enable booking at most 1 week in advance.

(4) Maxmium of 5 hours booking per week for the benefit of all (Management reserves the right to ban any users who does this).

(5) NO eating or drinking in the meeting and seminar rooms. 

(6) Switch off all air-con and lights after use and pull up the blinds.
