Ken Bay is the co-founder of Pear Comms, the tech startup behind QuickDesk, a simplified sales CRM application that helps salespeople prospect faster and close better.
For the last 27 years, Ken has been leading financial services and investment agencies, regularly being invited as Speaker, Coach, and Consultant for various sales teams and organizations across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. He is an expert in the areas of Sales and Distribution Management, Sales Force Automation, and Sales Planning and Process Development, among other sales subject areas. In recent years, Ken has become deeply involved in the tech scene, conducting learning courses for aspiring technopreneurs in Singapore and Vietnam.
