As of 1st November 2014, booking of meeting rooms will only be available for Plug-In@Blk71 incubated companies.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Plug-In@Blk71 offers the community 2 meeting rooms (Capacity: 10 persons) and a conference room (Capacity: 20 persons), which can be used for only official meetings, brainstorming sessions, interviews etc.
Booking of rooms is as simple as a click away, but please read and observe the following terms in consideration for everyone to enjoy these shared facilities!
To book: Please click on the calendar itself and select your desired timeslot.
(1) Tranings and Workshops are not allowed to be conducted in the meeting rooms
(2) Booking times:
Mon - Thurs: 8.30am - 6pm
Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
(3) Our system only enable booking at most1 week in advance.
(4) Maxmium of 5 hours booking per weekfor the benefit of all (Management reserves the right to ban any users who does this)
(5) NO eating or drinking in the meeting and seminar rooms.
(6) Switch off all air-con and lights after use and pull up the blinds.
Management reserves all rights to cancel any bookings without prior notice.
