Cyber London is a hub for the cyber security companies of tomorrow.
Our three month accelerator programme offers some of Europe’s most promising entrepreneurs the training necessary to build and grow a successful cyber security company. Alongside an intensive professional curriculum, Cyber London’s participants also receive personal guidance and support from an accomplished network of mentors. Our programme culminates with a Demo Day, allowing participants to present their work, progress and potential to a range of partners and investors.
Our incubator space, both in Singapore and London, support more advanced cyber security companies looking to take their businesses to the next level. For the duration of the programme, our incubator teams access the benefits of Cyber London’s unique network and expertise whilst they focus on business and product development.

DESCRIPTION
As the Accelerator Programme Manager, you'll shape and tailor CyLon Singapore’s 13-week program. In this role, you'll work closely with eight different founding teams, identifying and helping them address their weaknesses, and develop the bases and contacts they will need to scale into the next Palantir. You will represent CyLon Singapore at industry and startup events, and will be responsible for developing a network of accomplished and qualified experts in the field of entrepreneurship and cyber security: our mentor network. Reflecting the teams CyLon accommodates, the Accelerator Programme Manager will be a quick learner, fast-moving, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, work to a high standard and ideally be passionate about the broader Cyber Security landscape. This is a key role at CyLon and the best opportunity to shape and learn from working on many different companies at the same time
Support Programme Director in developing the curriculum for the CyLon programme
Ensure that Founders are kept up to date about relevant developments
Liaise with CyLon Mentors
Identify and participate in outreach events
Be on hand for CyLon participants, ensuring they are fully briefed on programme content and assisting them with day-to-day queries and activities
Work with wider CyLon community to organise CyLon specific events
Develop and manage the CyLon Alumni Network
Create opportunities for partnerships within the broader tech ecosystem
Be flexible and open to opportunities which could improve CyLon’s offering and branding
Learn from both internal and external companies to help better shape the programme from one cohort to the next
REQUIREMENTS
Solid work experience in either startup acceleration, entrepreneurship and/or venture capital
A strong network of startup, mentors and investors
Entrepreneurial mindset and experiences, being able to inspire and support startups
Comfortable working in a fast past environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to get things done
Strong business sense, with experience in all strategic, operational, and funding aspects of startup & company development, especially in the early-stage phase
Are a Singapore national or have the right to live and work in Singapore
