Engaging customers and providing them with personalised information and support is always a challenge. Guidance is often limited to text-based information guides and call assistance, which may not sufficiently empower the customer with the knowledge they require. To tackle this, we are exploring different innovations for improvement.

Solutions that incorporate augmented reality (AR) could play a significant role in closing the gap between customer issues and enterprise information. AR may help to engage and empower customers, guiding them through the installation of a new service, discovering the use of an existing service, troubleshooting errors, exploring and buying new services and much more. Through AR, customers will be able to enjoy anytime access to answers and advice.

We are looking for innovative and creative solutions that integrate augmented reality with smartphones. The aim is to enhance user empowerment and engagement while broadening the capabilities of our own services. This will result in an improved customer experience that empowers users with the knowledge they need.
