Today consumers increasingly interact with enterprises across multiple types of devices, including desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones and various other connected appliances.

The use of different devices makes it difficult to accurately determine the unique identity of individuals. This makes it challenging for enterprises to provide a consistent personalised service to their customers, which at times can lead to a poor customer experience.

We are looking for innovative solutions to consistently and accurately recognise and identify users, regardless of the device or browser they are using to interact with us, and thereby allowing for a better customer experience (E.g. provide the ability to offer a seamless interaction experience even if the user switches devices).
