On the contrary, a retail environment that combines automation and smart technologies for activities such as workforce management, goods inventory, and environmental variables (e.g. heat, light and music) will enable retail staff to focus on serving their customers and delivering a better shopping experience.

We are looking for innovative technologies that help bring greater automation and intelligence into our retail environments. This will improve in-store staff efficiency and ultimately provide higher levels of customer satisfaction.
