Telecom providers operate a wide spectrum of products and services including fixed, mobile, data, Internet and TV through an aggregated network. This network comprises of multi-vendor and multi-technology network components and generates large amounts of data, which could be leveraged on, to improve the intelligence within network systems, especially with the advent and expansion of Software Defined Networks (SDN) and Network Function Virtualisation (NFV) solutions.

We are looking for solutions that leverage on the latest technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation and machine learning to transform the Network Operations Centre (NOC) into a Service Operations Centre (SOC). Such solutions would include the capability to reduce the heavy load of manual effort in network optimisation, monitoring and troubleshooting.
