TechSG Insights Event - Launchpad @one-north: Dynamism & Diversity

BLK 71 has been widely touted as densest entrepreneurship ecosystem in the world. The Launchpad @ one-north ([email protected]) ecosystem has since extended beyond BLK 71 and will comprise seven blocks by end 2017. In November 2015, NUS Enterprise and the TechSG team undertook an initial census of [email protected] tenants. We repeated this exercise in the first quarter of 2017, in order to understand how the ecosystem has developed and evolved over the last 18 months.

Join us at this special TechSG Insights event, where we will share the findings from our research. We reveal the growth of the ecosystem not just in terms of numbers, but also range of startups and business activities. The dynamism of [email protected] is demonstrated by high rates of movement in and out of the ecosystem between 2015 and 2017.

We will also share survey findings from a sample of startups that are currently or have previously been tenants in [email protected] The findings provide further insights on the startups, including their growth performance, levels of innovation, ecosystem engagement and founder profiles.

The event will close with a panel discussion by entrepreneurs from the [email protected] ecosystem.
