Launching into China - Q&A session at BLOCK71

Following the success at the last NUSRI international tech roadshow in 2016, NUS Suzhou Research Institute (NUSRI) will be organizing InnovFest Suzhou 2017 on 6th -7th June in Suzhou. Innovfest Suzhou 2017 expects to have over 100 tech/startup showcase and 600+ attendees from over 180 China tech companies. NUSRI is NUS’ Launchpad for technology and startups in the China market.

InnovFest Suzhou event is an international doorway to explore China technology, innovations and market opportunities. The event aims to help overseas technology owners and startups to network and meet up with chinese partners, collaborators and VCs. The event is organised by Asia’s #1 university, the National University of Singapore in Suzhou and it emphasizes on market access for innovations and their IP protection; and at NUSRI, we provide co-working space, office spaces, incubation services and linkages to tap on chinese VC and government grants. To date, we have over 20 overseas companies that have tap on various grant/VC resources provided by our platform, with 10 projects raising at least Rmb21million in chinese government grants since 2013. The platform has over 38 incubating projects that collectively, is employing over 350 employees in China; and has raised Rmb100 million in equity funding. InnovFest Suzhou is co-organised with NUS Enterprise.
