Leading up to Genesis, a Startup Bootcamp for Aspiring Female Entrepreneurs coming in Q1 of 2018, Female Founders is holding a session with Reshmi Rajendran - Director, Life Science and Healthcare of Budding Innovations, alongside Robin Pho - CEO of Right People Group of Companies on November 30, 2020 at 6:30pm on the basics of starting a business and understanding the challenges faced as you start your journey as an entrepreneur.

Reshmi and Robin will share their experiences attending Insead’s Bootcamp and how it translated in their entrepreneurship journey.

Speaker’s Bio:
Reshmi - As Director of the Life Sciences Portfolio at an Innovation driven company, leading creative teams, Reshmi combines both her passion for cutting edge technologies and her desire to create a positive impact on the world through innovation. She has extensive experience in medical imaging techniques and has worked in various areas of clinical research. Working across academia and industry in Asia, she has developed a keen insight and experience in various aspects of business development and transformation, including operational strategy, consumer insights, commercial development and regulatory matters.

Robin - He is the CEO and Executive Director of Right People Group of Companies. Robin specializes in Indonesia and Singapore markets for Manpower & Catering Services in the Energy and Renewable Energy Sector. He is also involved in wealth management, family office and family businesses. He attended Insead’s Startup Bootcamp where he pitched his solar and energy business idea and was one of the winning teams of the programme.
